The Athabasca Butterfly Counts have become a fun and educational family event every summer since 1999. The combination of learning about nature and scientific documentation is done in many locations throughout North America. It is fun for both adults and children and is a good excuse to enjoy the outdoors. All are welcome to attend - no experience necessary! See our upcomming events page for details on the next count.
