Passion, Obsession and the Chemistry of Chocolate

About 100 people gathered in Athabasca University Governing Council to ponder life's important questions - like whether chocolate is a food or a drug. AU Chemistry Professor, Dr. Dietmar Kennepohl led the debate, presenting convincing arguments for both sides. Ultimately, debaters called a truce and adjourned to the lobby of AU's main building in Athabasca to deliberate on a more visceral level.
