Athabasca 2008 Christmas Bird Count
Date: December 27, 2007
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or until you need to leave.
Location: Athabasca and Vicinity
Schedule:
8:15 to 8:30 a.m.: Meet at Muskeg Creek Chalet.
8:35 to 8:50 a.m.: Slide and video presentation.
8:55 a.m.: Divide into field groups—town (Muskeg Creek) and four quadrants outside town.
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.: (or until you need to leave): Count birds with your group.
The town count is ideal for families, children, and the elderly!
