The American Redstart - May 26th, 2004.

Dr. Susan Hannon from
the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta gave
a talk on the American Redstart. She discussed how these small,
colourful warblers survive,
thrive and carry on in the wilds of Alberta and in their tropical
winter nesting grounds. She also discussed the
cost/benfit relationships between these birds and the natural or man
made patchy habitiats in which they often reside.
